USPS First Class Mail: Delivery time varies by destination and arrives within 1-5 business days. This method is only available if your order weighs below 15.9 ounces.

FedEx Priority Overnight: Estimated delivery next business day by 12pm to residences (for most locations).

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please note that shipping dates are estimates and are subject to change. Actual delivery dates are subject to factors outside of our control, including delays by the carrier, weather, and other factors.

  • We guarantee your package will be shipped within 2 business days (excluding holidays and severe weather conditions).
  • All orders are shipped with no signature required.
  • All orders are shipped from Bethel, Maine 04217.

International Shipping Options

USPS First Class Mail International: Delivery time varies by destination and typically arrives within 8-12 weeks. Please note, this option is the slowest service we offer and is NOT trackable. This option will only track to the point where the package leaves the USA (which is often Jamaica, NY).

USPS Priority Mail International: Delivery time varies by destination and arrives within 6-10 business days. Customs Office review/holding time is not included in the estimated delivery time.

International Shipping Policy

  • HHI is not responsible for packages lost in delivery.
  • HHI is not responsible for any import fees, duties, taxes or delays that may occur.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product(s) ordered can be imported into their country. We encourage you to speak with your Customs Office prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns about importing.
  • If for any reason your package is lost or seized by Customs Officials and not returned to HHI, we will not be able to issue a refund. A new order will need to be placed. We suggest choosing a shipping method with a different courier or considering shipping to a different address.
  • If for any reason the package is lost or seized by Customs Officials and the package is returned to HHI, we will not be able to reship your order. You will be notified via email that store credit has been issued to your account, minus the original shipping costs. A new order will need to be placed. We suggest choosing a shipping method with a different courier or considering shipping to a different address.

Perishable IconShipping Perishable Items

  • All sales of perishable items are final. No refunds or exchanges can be made on perishable items.
  • Orders that contain a perishable item require UPS NEXT DAY AIR delivery.
  • We guarantee your package will be shipped within 2 business days (excluding holidays and severe weather conditions).
  • Orders that contain a perishable item can only be shipped to US destinations and cannot be sent internationally.
  • If an order is placed containing a perishable item after 2pm EST on Thursday, this order will be held until Monday and shipped for next day delivery.
  • Perishable items are shipped inside of a cooler with ice pack(s).
  • Once you have received your order, please remove the perishable item(s) from the cooler and store at the recommended temperature stated on the product (refrigerators typically meet the recommended storage temperatures).
  • It is the customer's responsibility to receive and properly store the product on the day of delivery. HHI will not be held responsible for any damage to this product.
