"Formulated by Dr. Amy Yasko, an integrative health practitioner with an alphabet soup of credentials after her name (PhD, NHD, AMD, HHP, etc.), this fantastic little spray knocked me out with two squirts for the rest of the night. I had flown home from Anaheim and was well past the point of exhaustion, having lugged around a increasingly heavy samples bag AND my breast pump for the whole day. I was so tired that I couldn’t sleep – has that ever happened to you? I reached into my satchel of goodies and out rolled the sleep spray I had picked up from the HHI booth. I did a quick squeeze-squeeze and was overcome almost IMMEDIATELY by a wave of lethargy and slept so hard that night, my own baby slapping me in the face didn’t even wake me up the next morning. The melatonin sleep spray has been a great asset in our home. My husband is able to fall asleep within 20 minutes or so on difficult nights. It also helps me and my son on our "off" nights. The melatonin spray has worked wonders for several of my patients as well as my own daughter (who is neurotypical but takes forever to fall to sleep). In fact, I recently had 3 patients provide exceptional feedback in less than a week's time, which is highly unusual for any product!Quality Price Value
The caveat here is that melatonin is a methyl donor so as long as you or your child can tolerate methyl donors, you should respond very well to this product. Remember to start slowly, just as you would with any new supplement or medication, as a little can go a long way. In fact, my daughter tolerates methyl donors quite well, yet after just 2 sprays, she is usually asleep within 15 minutes--something unheard of in our family! I have also had very similar reports from my adult patients suffering from insomnia.
Because good, sound sleep is integral for overall health and well-being, I would recommend this product for anyone suffering from poor sleep quality, frequent night time waking, and/or insomnia. (Posted on 3/16/11) - "Love Letter" Review by Juliette P.

I think I love you. Before you came into my life, the nights were endless. Now ALL the kids are asleep before eleven and I can get a little time to myself before I go to bed. I'm starting to feel human again. And it's all because of you, you wonderful little concoction all mixed up in a pump spray.
