SHIPPING PERISHABLE ITEMS - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Orders that contain a perishable item require FedEx Priority Overnight delivery.

Orders that contain a perishable item can only shipped to US destinations, these cannot be sent internationally. 

Perishable items are shipped inside a cooler with ice pack(s).

Once you have received your order, please remove the perishable item(s) from the cooler and place inside your refrigerator. 

If an order is placed containing a perishable item after Thursday at 2:00pm EST, this order will be held until Monday and shipped for a Tuesday delivery. If you wish you may contact HHI if you desire a Saturday Delivery through FedEx; there will be an additional $16.00 charge for this service. To arrange Saturday Delivery, please call HHI upon placing your order at 207-824-8501 so we can accomodate the upgrade in shipping service. 

It is the customer's responsibility to be home the day of delivery. HHI will not be held responsible for any damage to this product.

All sales of perishable items are final; no refunds or exchanges can be made on perishable items
