Will Dr. Amy personally review my results?
If you select "WITH" when ordering a test: Your results will be reviewed and commented on by Dr. Amy at no additional cost.
To avoid any delay, please promptly fill out your Supplement List and Client History Form.
Your Supplement List and Client History Form can be located, saved, submitted, and updated within Your Health Companion.
If you select "WITHOUT" when ordering a test: Your results will not be reviewed by Dr. Amy.
How will the results be provided?
If you select "WITH": As soon as Dr. Amy has made her suggestions, you will be notified via email to log into Your Health Companion for results.
If you select "WITHOUT": As soon as your results arrive from the lab, you will be notified via email to log into Your Health Companion for results.
Your Health Companion is a secure client portal where your current and future test results, Supplement Lists, and Client History Forms will be saved.
If I select "WITH" when ordering a test, can I still get my results back before Dr. Amy comments on them?
No, you will receive results after Dr. Amy reviews and comments.
What type of sample is needed?
Saliva. 4 samples are required. The first sample should be collected 30 minutes after awakening. The second sample should be collected before lunch. The third sample should be collected before dinner. The fourth sample should be collected before bedtime (preferably at least one hour after dinner.)
How long does it take to receive results once the lab receives the sample?
3-4 weeks in most cases.
Can this test be performed internationally?
Is shipping the sample to the lab included in the cost of the kit?
If you reside in the US, prepaid FedEx 2Day shipping materials are included.
If you reside in Canada, prepaid FedEx shipping materials are included.
If you reside in any other country, shipping costs are your responsibility.

Does the kit come with an insulated cooler and ice pack?
Yes. Samples need be frozen prior to shipping to the lab inside the provided cooler with frozen ice pack.
Can a print-out version of the results be requested?
No. You may print out the results once you receive them.
Do I need to stop taking supplements before collecting the saliva sample?
No. Keep taking the supplements you are currently taking- as directed by your health care professional.
How can I find a practitioner in my area to discuss my results with?

Is there someone at the office I can call to go over my results with?

Will my insurance cover this test?
Any attempt at reimbursement for this test through your insurance company lies solely on the customer.
