Will Dr. Amy personally review my results?
No. This test is not offered with Dr. Amy's client file review.
How will the results be provided?
As soon as your results arrive from the lab, you will be notified via email to log into Your Health Companion for results.
Your Health Companion is a secure client portal where your current and future test results, Supplement Lists, and Client History Forms will be saved.
What type of sample is needed?
How long does it take to receive results once the lab receives the sample?
3-4 weeks in most cases.
Can this test be performed internationally?
Yes. The sample must be received by the lab within 6 days of the collection date.
Is shipping the sample included in the cost of the kit?
If you reside in the US- prepaid FedEx 2Day shipping materials are included. If you reside in any other country- shipping costs are your responsibility. Send to:

Does the sample need to be refrigerated and/or frozen?
Does the kit come with an ice pack?
No, this is not necessary.
Can a print-out version of the results be requested?
No. You may print out the results once you receive them.
Do I need to stop taking supplements before collecting the stool sample?
No. Keep taking the supplements you are currently taking- as directed by your health care professional.

Will my insurance cover this test?
Any attempt at reimbursement for this test through your insurance company lies solely on the customer.
