What type of sample is needed?
How long does it take to receive results once the lab receives the sample?
3-4 weeks in most cases.
How will the results be provided?
As soon as your results arrive from the lab, you will be notified via email to log into Your Health Companion for results. Your Health Companion is a secure client portal where your current and future test results, Supplement Lists, and Client History Forms will be saved.
Can this test be performed internationally?
Is shipping the sample included in the cost of the kit?
If you reside in the US, prepaid FedEx 2Day shipping materials are included. Iyou reside in any other country, shipping costs are your responsibility. Send to:

Does the kit come with an ice brick and cooler?
Yes, the kit comes with both an ice brick and cooler for shipping.
Does the sample need to be frozen?
Yes. The urine sample must be frozen solid prior to shipping. It is imperative that the frozen urine sample & frozen ice brick be placed together inside the cooler. *Please make sure to return all samples/cooler in the corrugated shipping boxes that the kit comes in as it provides additional protection for the sample.
Can a print-out version of the results be requested?
No. You may print out the results once you receive them.
Do I need to stop taking supplements before collecting the urine sample?
No. Keep taking the supplements you are currently taking- as directed by your health care professional.
