    • All of your test results and information will be stored within Your Health Companion.
    • Utilize the secure client portal for test related questions. You should NOT email test information or questions.
    • Use the message system within the portal to directly connect to Dr. Amy's assistant.

    ACCESSING TEST RESULTS

    • If you plan to purchase a test, you will need to register within the portal to access your test results.
    • Test Results (with or without Dr. Amy's feedback) are permanently stored within Your Health Companion.

    For most of the biochemical tests, you can indicate if you would like your test results to come with Dr. Amy's client file review.

    WITH DR. AMY'S COMMENTS

    • The client file review includes Dr. Amy's personalized comments on your test results that you can review with your health care professional.
    • Results will be released to you after Dr. Amy reviews and comments.

    WITHOUT DR. AMY's COMMENTS

    • Your test results will be released to you as soon as they are completed by the lab. To access your test results, login to Your Health Companion.
