Shipping Policy
If you’re looking for shipping details on a recent order, such as tracking information, please check the email you used to create the order. If you have questions about your order, please email info@holistichealth.com.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please note that shipping dates are estimates and are subject to change. Actual delivery dates are subject to factors outside of our control, including delays by the carrier, weather, and other factors.
• We guarantee your package will be shipped within 2 business days (excluding holidays and severe weather conditions) of placing your order. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing, this timeframe is not included in the shipping method chosen at checkout.
• All orders are shipped with no signature required.
• All orders are shipped from Bethel, Maine 04217.
Shipping Methods (Domestic)
We offer standard ground shipping (2-8 business days), priority (1-3 business days), 2 business days, and 1 business day/overnight delivery options for all domestic orders. Product prices are exclusive of shipping fees and taxes.

Please note, once we start working on an order we cannot cancel or stop the order from processing, we also can’t add or remove items to the order. If your order has already been processed, please submit a new order if you’d like to purchase additional items.
Lost Packages
Holistic Health International, LLC is not responsible for lost shipments due to inaccurate or incomplete customer shipping information. Products you purchase through HolisticHeal.com will be shipped to you at the address you designate as the shipping address during the check-out process.
We are not responsible for any packages that are refused or held for delivery. Refunds will not be issued for any orders that are refused by intended recipient or that cannot be delivered due to an address error.
In an event where the tracking number says your package has been delivered, but the package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier and provide your tracking number. In most cases, the package will arrive within the next several days.
If the shipping carrier lost your package, please contact info@holistichealth.com and we’ll see what we can do to help! If you do not notify the shipping carrier within 14 days from the delivery date that your package is missing, or have no proof that the package is lost, Holistic Health International, LLC is not responsible for the lost package.
Damaged Packages

Perishable Items
Orders that contain a perishable item require UPS Next Day Air delivery. Perishable items are shipped inside of a cooler with ice pack(s).
- We guarantee your package will be shipped within 2 business days (excluding holidays and severe weather conditions) of placing your order. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing, this timeframe is NOT included in the estimated delivery time for UPS Next Day Air.
- If an order containing a perishable item is placed after 2pm EST on Thursday, the order will be held until Monday to be shipped for next day delivery.
- Orders that contain a perishable item can only be shipped to U.S. destinations and cannot be sent internationally.
- Holistic Health International, LLC will not be responsible for damaged perishable and/or refrigerated items resulting from improper storage by the customer. We recommend waiting to place an order for perishable items if severe weather conditions and weather-related delays are forecasted, and/or if you are unable to accept your package during periods of unusually high temperatures. It is the customer's responsibility to receive and properly store the product on the day of delivery.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions
Please note: Holistic Health International, LLC is not responsible for international customs issues. As receiver of the shipment, the customer is considered the importer of record and consignee, and therefore is considered the primary point of contact for customs. We will do our best to help you where we can, but we cannot speak to customs on your behalf.
Please allow additional delivery time for orders with a shipping destination outside of the United States.
- Due to shipping time frames for international customers, all sales are final. International customers assume all risk and liability. Orders returned back to Holistic Health International, LLC will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
- Holistic Health International, LLC is not responsible for packages lost in delivery.
- Orders being shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery, which the customer is responsible for. The charges may be in addition to the customer’s shipping charge and must be abided by the customer. Holistic Health International, LLC is not responsible for any additional import fees, duties, taxes, or delays that may occur after the package has been sent.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product(s) ordered can be imported into their country. We encourage you to speak with your Customs Office prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns about importing. When placing an order with HolisticHeal.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- If for any reason your package is lost or seized by Customs Officials, we will not be able to issue a refund. A new order will need to be placed. We suggest choosing a shipping method with a different courier or considering shipping to a different address.
- Some items sold on HolisticHeal.com may require special handling as specified by federal, state, and local regulations governing the transport of these items, and therefore shipment of these products to certain locations may not be possible. This includes, but is not limited to, all perishable items offered on HolisticHeal.com.

At-Home Test Kits Policy
For all at-home test kit samples (including but not limited to urine, hair, stool, saliva, and buccal) being submitted for testing, please note:
- All at-home test kit samples must be mailed to the lab address provided on the test kit form for processing. Holistic Health International, LLC is not responsible for samples mailed to an incorrect address. At-home test kit samples will not be processed if mailed to Holistic Health International, LLC.
- The lab will cancel a sample if it does not reach the lab within the required time period for testing the sample (s). Refer to the individual product page FAQ section for sample transit requirements.
- It is the customers responsibility to refer to the sample storage and shipment requirements. If the sample arrives at the lab and does not meet the proper storage conditions, the lab will cancel the order and will not run the sample.
- If a sample is canceled by the lab, customers are responsible for requesting either a refund or a replacement test kit. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping for a replacement test kit.
- Holistic Health International, LLC is not responsible for samples lost at the lab.
- Some items sold on HolisticHeal.com may require special handling as specified by federal, state, and local regulations governing the transport of these items, and therefore shipment of these products to certain locations may not be possible. - Some test kits sold on HolisticHeal.com can take up to 8 weeks to arrive at the lab when using the prepaid shipping label, and up to 12 weeks for international shipments. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility if you would like to opt for a faster, trackable service. Refer to the individual product page FAQ section for additional information.
If your sample(s) got lost in transit to the lab, contact our support team at info@holistichealth.com, we are happy to issue a replacement product of the original test kit ordered, minus the cost of shipping.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your shipping label is created you will be emailed a tracking number. If you cannot find your tracking number, try checking your junk/spam folder or contact info@holistichealth.com to speak to someone in our shipping department for assistance.
How much does it cost to ship?
Shipping cost depends on the size of your order, location, and how fast you would like to receive your order. To review your shipping options and associated costs, please add your desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. From there, you can review shipping costs and select the best option.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally with minimal exceptions. However, we do not ship perishable items outside of the United States. Some at-home test kits are not available for international shipment, please look in the test section’s FAQ for additional details.

My package has been sitting in Jamaica, NY International Distribution Center, is this normal?
If you have chosen USPS First Class Mail for an international shipment, this service does not offer tracking. The package will only track to the point where it departs the USA, which is often Jamaica NY. Delivery time varies by destination, please allow 8-12 weeks for most international deliveries. If you are concerned your package may be lost, please contact info@holistichealth.com.
My package is stuck in customs, what can I do?
It is not uncommon for international packages to be delayed in customs. If you feel the delay is not normal, email info@holistichealth.com with your name, order number, and tracking number. If you have additional details on the status of your order, including any correspondence that you may have previously had with customs regarding this issue, please include this in your email.
Please note we are not responsible for international customs issues. As receiver of the shipment, the customer is considered the importer of record and consignee, and therefore is considered the primary point of contact for customs. Do you cover the cost of shipping samples to the lab?

Can I update my shipping address?
Yes! Log in to your HolisticHeal.com account to update your address. If an order has already processed, this change will be reflected on your next order.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We are able to ship to a P.O. Box for Priority (1 -3 business days) and Standard (2-8 business days) domestic shipping options.
We cannot ship to a P.O. Box for 1 day and 2 business day expedited shipping options. If you are in urgent need of an item and are only able to ship to a P.O. Box, please contact info@holistichealth.com and we’ll see what we can do to help!
If you are shipping to an international P.O Box, please select USPS at checkout.
Will I be charged for multiple shipments?
We make every effort to ship your items in one package, but there may be times for large or heavy orders where we have to divide your order into multiple shipments. These shipping charges will be accounted for at the time of checkout. You will not be charged additional shipping costs after you have completed your order! You will receive a separate tracking number for each package via email.
Where is my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created. If you cannot find your tracking number, try checking your junk/spam folder or contact info@holistichealth.com to speak to someone in our shipping department for assistance. The tracking number will contain additional information once the order has been picked up by the carrier.
My order status is “delivered” but I never received it. What do I do?

If your order still hasn’t arrived two business days after the estimated delivery date, or two business days after having been marked as delivered, please email us at info@holistichealth.com so we can help.
How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?
We do our best to accommodate customer requests, if you made a mistake when placing your order, contact our support team at info@holistichealth.com and we’ll see what we can do to help.

What if I accidentally entered the incorrect address at checkout?
Email info@holistichealth.com to check the status of your order. If your order has not yet processed, we will do our best to update the address before shipment.
If your order has been shipped and left the facility, we do not have the ability to cancel your order, change the address, or redirect the shipment. We want to make sure you still get your package! We’ll provide additional information from the shipping carrier if we have it, and any helpful tips we’ve learned along the way. If you haven’t already, make sure to update your address on file for future orders.
Can I place an order for Saturday delivery?
If you are in urgent need of an item and it is after 2pm EST on Thursday, please call customer service immediately at 207-875-2024 to discuss the possibility of a Saturday Delivery shipping upgrade. If we are able to meet the carrier deadline for Saturday delivery, UPS charges a $20.00 Saturday delivery fee which will be applied to your order.
My package was delivered during extreme heat. Are my products still safe to take?
Most products do not indicate the need for special shipping during times of extreme heat. Once open, and for long-term storage, please store your product(s) according to the instructions on the label. Please reach out to info@holistichealth.com if you have further concerns regarding the specific product(s) you ordered.
To preserve product quality and shelf-life, we recommend waiting to place an order if you are unable to accept your package during periods of unusually high temperatures. It is the customer's responsibility to receive and properly store the product on the day of delivery.
