We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order and have a positive experience shopping with us. If you’re not happy with our products, we will refund your FIRST order (minus the cost of shipping) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Test kits are not eligible for refund.
We are committed to offering products that meet or exceed our quality assurance standards, and once an order has been shipped the products cannot be reused. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds on products after your first order. If you are not satisfied with subsequent orders, contact our support team at info@holistichealth.com, and we'll see what we can do to help!
REFUNDS (INTERNATIONAL)
Due to shipping time frames for international customers, all sales are final. International customers assume all risk and liability. Orders returned back to Holistic Health International, LLC will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged product, please refer to our Exchange Policy below.
REFUNDS (DOMESTIC)
If eligible for a return or exchange, there’s no need to send your return back to us. Feel free to keep the product or gift it to a friend! We will issue a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Refunds must be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. If the original payment method is not available, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit. Alternatively, you can choose store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be available in your account immediately, so you don’t need to wait for a refund to process on your credit card.
HOW TO SUBMIT A REFUND
To complete your refund, we require a receipt of proof of purchase. You can find your order number by logging into your HolisticHeal.com account and viewing your order history, or by accessing your purchase confirmation email.
To obtain a refund for product purchased directly on HolisticHeal.com, please submit a return request, or click “START MY RETURN” at the bottom of this page to generate a return form. We cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization Form.
Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the date of your purchase.
EXCHANGES
If you receive a defective or damaged product (including test kits), or an incorrect item, we are happy to send a replacement product of the original item ordered at no additional cost. Alternatively, you can request store credit to replace the damaged item on your next purchase.
A defective or damaged product includes a broken seal or damage to the bottle itself. We are not responsible for product defects resulting from improper storage or use of the product by the customer.
If your test kit sample gets lost on its way to the lab, we are happy to issue a replacement product of the original test kit ordered, minus the cost of shipping.

Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the date of your purchase for domestic shipments, and 60 days of the date of your purchase for international shipments.
EXCEPTIONS
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
- Test kits are not eligible for refunds.
- Digital items are not eligible for refunds. If you accidentally purchase two or more of the same digital items, please contact info@holistichealth.com and we will issue a refund for the duplicate item(s).
- Holistic Health International, LLC will not be responsible for damaged perishable and/or refrigerated items resulting from improper storage by the customer. For more information about our perishable product policy, visit our Perishable Shipping Policy.
- Refunds will not be issued for any orders that are refused by intended recipient or that cannot be delivered due to an address error.
Holistic Health International, LLC monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit or refuse returns or exchanges.
