As an active 67 year old busy with volunteer work, hiking, tennis and yoga, I have always felt fit. Recently, I tried the Black Bear B-12 spray from a friend who was vehement that her energy level was sustained throughout the day and she felt great. I decided to give it a try before a recent tennis game. The results were astounding. I found I had more vigor and focus and the fatigue I often feel during the third set, eluded me this time. This is energy in a bottle. Not a caffeine rush but a real boost to energy levels athletic performance and duration. I use an elliptical machine every mornings.Price Value Quality
I generally do 30 minutes at level 12. If I take 5 sprays of Black Bear before I start I can do 35-40 minutes at level 14. I have repeated this test dozens of times and the results are always close. If Black Bear was sold as a performance enhancer for athletes they could charge fifty dollars a bottle and folks would be lined up to buy it! (Posted on 9/21/10) - Great product Review by Julie
