The companion guide is written in a step-by-step format to help guide individuals getting started on The Yasko Protocol. It provides ideas on how to remove dietary excitotoxins, begin supplementation, and track progress with biochemical testing. The guide offers resources for encouragement and support for individuals, with the knowledge that help is an important part of the journey to overcoming health concerns and achieving health goals.

AN EXCERPT

Take a deep breath and remember that you are taking the first steps of a marathon. Relax and move at your own pace. Try not to stress yourself throughout this process. Stress does bad things to the body, and there is no need to stress or rush. You will get there. Just take it one step at a time and know that you are not alone.
