Feel Good Nucleotides: Your Roadmap to Health - GUIDEBOOK is the third book in Dr. Amy’s “Feel Good” series. Designed originally (and still available) as a website formatted as a book, this guidebook is the printed version of the free online resource and includes sections for notetaking.

Nucleotides are the building blocks that make up genetic material and form the basis of both DNA and RNA. Most people are familiar with the concept of DNA as the genetic blueprint that is responsible for your individuality, but many are not familiar with RNA.

Dr. Amy wrote this book to act as a tool to help individuals (and their health care professional) better understand nucleotide blends and the potential benefits when they are used in personalized health plans. Feel Good Nucleotides: Your Roadmap to Health reviews basic scientific concepts about RNA and DNA based nucleotides, and offers references that support their use and value.

AN EXCERPT

Both RNA and DNA are comprised of similar building blocks called nucleotides. These nucleotides have health benefits in and of themselves, in addition to their role in building DNA and RNA molecules. When DNA and RNA break down, they regenerate these nucleotide building blocks, which can be reutilized for a range of positive purposes…

We can take advantage of this inherent communication capability within our genes to talk to our cells for optimal health and wellness.
