Affiliate Program
1. Eligibility & Application
To join the program, you need to complete an application by selecting the “Affiliate Programs” tab under “My Account” after logging into your account. Holistic Health International, LLC reserves the right to approve or reject your application at its discretion. If your website promotes inappropriate or illegal content, your application may be rejected.
2. Commission Structure
Earn commissions on valid customer transactions through your referral links (excluding taxes, shipping, and fees). Earn 3% commission on the first purchase made by a referred customer, as long as the purchase occurs within 365 days of your referral. Commissions are paid via PayPal once a $10 minimum is reached, following a 7-day hold period. To receive payment, you must make a withdrawal request. Please note, no commission is paid for chargebacks or refunds. See the “Eligibility” and “Acceptance and Validity” sections within the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions for more details.
3. Compliance Requirements
Referred customers must create an account on www.holisticheal.com before placing their first order for the coupon code to work and commissions to be tracked. Please remind your referrals to sign up first.
4. Cookie Tracking
Privacy settings and browser modes can sometimes prevent us from properly tracking purchases made by your referrals. We recommend letting your referrals know to enable cookies and use normal browsing settings when they place their orders. Cookies are used to track referrals. If cookies are cleared or disabled, no commission will be paid for those transactions. Referred customers must create an account on www.holisticheal.com prior to placing their first order, in order for the coupon code to work and/or for the referral link to be linked to your account for further commissions. Please let your referrals know to create an account first before using the referral link and/or coupon.
5. Affiliate Obligations
You are required to use the provided affiliate links and ensure your site (if applicable) remains updated with accurate product information. You are also responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including intellectual property rights.
6. Disclosures
Affiliates must clearly disclose any compensation they receive for promoting products. This includes using terms like "collaboration," "partnership," or #ad in your marketing materials.
7. Promotion Restrictions
Please refrain from spamming, using misleading tactics, or bidding on specific branded keywords (e.g., “www.holisticheal.com”). Promotions should be kept separate from the Holistic Health International website.
8. Marketing Tools
We may provide promotional materials such as banners, logos, or specific product collection promotions via the "Promo Data" and “Promo Widget” tabs within your account. You can download these media assets or get HTML embed codes to share across your affiliate channels.
9. Removal from Referral Program
If you decide you no longer wish to be part of the affiliate program, you can request removal by contacting us at info@holistichealth.com.
