It’s easy to use. Has a very pleasant taste. Apparently, mucosal absorption is the way to go. I have MTHFR, so this is a good delivery system to ensure I’m getting B12 my body can assimilate I wish that the product came in larger bottles or a bottle that is not easily tipped over (top-heavy). It does not stand well on its own. Also, I wish shipping was faster. Bigger bottles would relieve the frequent shipping issue.

Improved function all around as what I feel when I take this item. I have impaired genetics, which do not allow me to take other forms of B12. Other forms of B12 make me sick and sad. I have to have this activated form along with the other nutrients that are present in it in order to allow for proper absorption and utilization of B12 in my body.

If you're low on B12 - and a lot of people are - this will give you energy, both short and long term. If you're not low on B12 (or I guess molybdenum), this probably won't have a noticeable effect.
I wouldn't call this an energy spray. But as a B12 supplement, I totally recommend it. Similar to other adenosyl/hydroxy B12 liquid, but this is a more convenient form.
I took this on a plane and it leaked a tiny bit, so keep it in a ziploc like I did and you'll be fine.

Sustainable Energy
As an active 67 year old busy with volunteer work, hiking, tennis and yoga, I have always felt fit. Incredible Product
This is energy in a bottle. Not a caffeine rush but a real boost to energy levels athletic performance and duration. I use an elliptical machine every mornings.
I generally do 30 minutes at level 12. If I take 5 sprays of Black Bear before I start I can do 35-40 minutes at level 14. I have repeated this test dozens of times and the results are always close. If Black Bear was sold as a performance enhancer for athletes they could charge fifty dollars a bottle and folks would be lined up to buy it!
