As an active 67 year old busy with volunteer work, hiking, tennis and yoga, I have always felt fit. This is energy in a bottle. Not a caffeine rush but a real boost to energy levels athletic performance and duration. I use an elliptical machine every mornings.
I generally do 30 minutes at level 12. If I take 5 sprays of Black Bear before I start I can do 35-40 minutes at level 14. I have repeated this test dozens of times and the results are always close. If Black Bear was sold as a performance enhancer for athletes they could charge fifty dollars a bottle and folks would be lined up to buy it!Price Value Quality - Great product

Wow! My husband and I could not believe how well this works. We both get a mid afternoon "slump" but not since using this form of B12, and it tastes good too. We have both been able to stop the afternoon coffee run. Thanks Dr. Amy!
