The Yasko Protocol
Understanding the Methylation Cycle: Principles & Practice
COMING SOON:
SEPTEMBER 2026
We're excited to invite you to a free informational seminar with Dr. Amy Yasko, where you'll learn more about The Yasko Protocol and the opportunities available through her practitioner network.
For over two decades, Dr. Amy has pioneered a personalized, genetics-informed approach centered around methylation and the interconnected biochemical pathways that influence health. Rather than focusing on a single symptom or pathway, The Yasko Protocol integrates genetics, biochemistry, nutrition, and non-invasive testing to support a more individualized, data-informed approach to healing.
This introductory seminar is designed to provide a high-level overview of The Yasko Protocol, the science behind Dr. Amy's approach, and the foundational principles that guide her work. At the end of the seminar, we'll also share more about the practitioner training program and educational resources available for practitioners interested in becoming part of The Yasko Protocol Network.

Dr. Amy Yasko
Founder of The Yasko Protocol
Dr. Amy has a PhD in Microbiology/Immunology/Infectious Disease from Albany Medical College, along with multiple postdoctoral fellowships including Yale Medical center, Wilmont cancer center URMC, and Pediatric Infectious Disease at URMC.
She has served as a member of the scientific advisory board for NFAM (National Foundation of Alternative Medicine) and the Documenting Hope Project for chronic illness. Dr. Amy worked in biotechnology for 15 years, codeveloping the first low cost DNA synthesizer and co owned a DNA technology company as an inventor on multiple patents involving DNA and RNA technology.
Dr. Amy then shifted her focus to using more natural approaches to address complex molecular health issues by additional training and degrees in natural health including a Doctor of Natural Health, a board certified Alternative Medical Practitioner, a board certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and is a Fellow of the American Association of Integrative Medicine.
