I've been battling h.pylori for years and absolutely swear by this supplement! It greatly diminishes bloating and eliminates nausea. A must for h.pylori. It allows me to eat while healing.

Mastica-wonderful for prevention of H. pylori nausea
Though I've had positive and then negative tests for H. pylori, the nausea will always come back if I stop this product. Mastica is used for H. pylori treatment. I've been on it for 4 years and won't go off it until I am able to get to the stage in the program where I can try to eliminate this nasty little bacteria. Prior to taking Mastica, the nausea was so bad that, without warning, I could be in a store and have to lie down, face white and in a cold sweat feeling like 'I'm going to die' due to low blood pressure. I always carry an antinauseant with me just in case. But with Mastica I rarely need to use it anymore. Good luck to all who try it! :) The bottle lasts me 2 months and I take one 1000mg cap twice/day on an empty stomach.
