Reseller Policy

Eligibility and Approval
- Resellers must submit a wholesale application and be approved by HHI.

Must provide valid business credentials (e.g., business license, resale certificate, professional license for health practitioners, etc.).

Approval is at the sole discretion of HHI.
Order Minimums
Orders must total a minimum of $300 to receive the wholesale discount. Please note that if an order is placed on your behalf, an additional surcharge of 3% may be applied.
Pricing and Payment
Wholesale pricing is confidential and exclusive to approved resellers. Prices are subject to change without notice. Resellers may not advertise products below Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). Payment must be made at time of purchase; there are no payment terms.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy.
MAP Pricing is established by HHI and may be adjusted by HHI at its sole discretion. The Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for each product is set forth in the retail price displayed on the HHI website (www.holisticheal.com). All products must be offered at no less than the price listed on the HHI storefront. Wholesalers are responsible for regularly verifying any updates to these prices and ensuring that their retail pricing is adjusted accordingly.
This MAP policy applies to all advertisements of HHI products across all media, including but not limited to flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, catalogs, email, internet platforms, auction sites, television, radio, signage, and in-store promotions. The MAP does not impose a maximum advertised price. Resellers and their representatives may offer HHI products at any price above the MAP; however, price gouging is prohibited and may result in account suspension. Suggested MSRP is 3-4% overage from the retail price listed on the HHI storefront.
HHI and the Reseller may run flash sales from time to time with a maximum discount of 20% off Holistic Health branded products for short periods (not exceeding 1 month) and for a limited quantity of inventory. During such flash sales, MAP pricing will remain unchanged.
This MAP policy is established for the mutual benefit of all parties involved and is implemented without prejudice.

Sales Channels.

Brick-and-Mortar Retail Policy. Resellers are permitted to sell HHI products in their own brick-and-mortar store. All pricing must comply with our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. The Reseller agrees that HHI may display the Reseller's store address and associated contact information on the HHI website (www.holisticheal.com).

Online Retail Policy. Resellers are NOT permitted to sell products on third-party platforms including, but not limited to, Amazon.com, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Target, mobile application, and other Auction websites. Any Reseller that fails to comply with this restriction is subject to immediate and permanent loss of their Authorized Reseller status and purchasing privileges.
Resellers are permitted to sell HHI products through their own website; however, all pricing must comply with HHI’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.

Branding and Representation.
All product descriptions, images, and marketing materials must align with those provided or approved by HHI. Misrepresentation of products, claims, or brand identity is strictly prohibited. Reseller shall use only advertising and promotional materials, promotional programs and schemes, novelties or devices approved in advance by HHI.
If you intend to sell our products online, you must submit a complete list of the items you plan to offer to cassandra.rodway@holistichealth.com. Approved resellers will receive the appropriate image files for use on their website, based on the list of products the wholesaler has provided for resale. If you wish to display our brand logo to indicate that you carry our products, please request it separately; a high-resolution version will be provided. Do not use screenshots or download images directly from our website without prior written permission.
All imagery and promotional materials must be aligned with the HHI brand and approved through HHI before use.

Shipping and Fulfillment.

Drop shipping may be allowed only with prior written approval. We reserve the right to deny, revoke, or terminate any drop shipping account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of policy violations, misuse of our materials, or prolonged inactivity.

Lost packages incurred due to drop shipping are not the responsibility of HHI.

We suggest using our affiliate program as an alternative to drop shipping, offering commission earnings without the risk of lost packages.

Returns.
Returns or credits will not be granted for products; for further details, visit our Return Policy.

Product Storage and Handling.
Products must be stored in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Supplements must not be sold past their expiration dates.

Reseller Protocol for Customer Issues and Safety Reporting.
As part of our commitment to regulatory compliance and product safety, we require all resellers to promptly notify us of any customer complaints involving adverse events related to products sold by HHI.
Customer service issues—including inquiries, returns, and general support—are the sole responsibility of the reseller. We do not provide direct support to customers who purchase through a reseller. If contacted by an end customer, we will direct them back to the original reseller for resolution.
