Rewards Policy
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT ALL VERSIONS OF THE PROGRAM'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU ALSO CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND CONSENT TO OUR WEBSITE'S TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY.
Participation in the Wellness Rewards Program (“Program”) offered by Holistic Health International, LLC (“HHI”) entails acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may be updated periodically on www.holisticheal.com (the “Website”). Any new terms and conditions will supersede all previously published versions. Participation in the Program subjects members of the Program ("Members") to these terms and conditions. Members are responsible for reviewing any updates to the Program or its terms. If changes are made, they will be applicable to all Members, including those who joined prior to the posting of the updates, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
HEADINGS
The headings for each of these Program Rules are intended solely for reference and convenience. They should not be considered in the interpretation or construction of any of these Rules.
COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING
These Program Rules and the Privacy Policy referenced herein constitute the entire understanding between you and Holistic Health International, LLC with respect to the Program.
PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
The Wellness Rewards Program is a free rewards program offered by HHI to its customers. Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old and provide valid and accurate personal information when enrolling. Membership is limited to one account per individual.
Wholesale or professional accounts are not eligible to participate in the Program. Individuals or entities using the Program for profit are not eligible to join or earn points as Members.
Customers are automatically enrolled in the Program upon creating an account on www.holisticheal.com. Once enrolled, customers can access the rewards and benefits described here and in promotional materials. See below for more details.
Members are responsible for ensuring their account information ("Account") is accurate and current. Program communications about your account, benefits, and promotions will primarily be sent via email. It is your responsibility to provide us with your current and accurate email address. HHI is not liable for any communications, offers, or rewards sent to outdated email addresses.
Members can review Program details, Account activity, and update their profile preferences and contact information at any time on the Website. To access their Account online, Members must select a password. You are solely responsible for safeguarding these login credentials, and you are solely responsible for all use of your login credentials to access your Account, whether authorized by you or not. We recommend that you log out of your Account when not in use. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of a password or security breach. Access to Program Accounts is restricted to authorized Members only. The collection and use of information provided during registration or participation in the Program will be governed by our Privacy Policy, which may be revised or amended at any time.
BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP
Members will receive exclusive benefits, including Wellness Rewards points. Throughout your Membership, you can expect various offers, such as percentage or dollar-off coupons, points-earning opportunities, birthday promotions, shipping deals, and more. Each offer may include specific details, exclusions, and terms. Points and other Program benefits may be subject to taxation as required by law.
HOW TO EARN POINTS
Members earn Program points with every purchase made on www.holisticheal.com. For each $1 spent on qualifying purchases, Members receive a specific number of points. Additional opportunities to earn points are available, including creating an account, subscribing to HHI emails, receiving birthday rewards, writing reviews, and participating in bonus point promotions. Some exclusions may apply.
Points cannot be earned on purchases made before a Member creates an Account or under “guest” checkout on the Website when not logged in to your Program Account. Points are not earned from the value of any discounts or coupons applied to a purchase, and members cannot earn points on orders paid entirely or partially with applied rewards points. Other exclusions and limitations may apply.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, points and their values: (a) are determined by HHI in its sole discretion; (b) are subject to change without notice; and (c) may vary among activities and promotions. HHI is the final authority on accrual and crediting of points and reserves the right to deny or revoke points at any time if HHI determines that they were improperly or mistakenly obtained, accrued or credited. HHI has the right, in its full and final discretion, to limit the aggregate number of points accrued on an annual basis.
CALCULATION OF POINTS
For online purchases at www.holisticheal.com, points are calculated based on the qualifying net purchase amount rounded to the nearest dollar. The dollar amount used to calculate points is the actual amount spent at checkout, after subtracting returns, discounts, rewards, taxes, fees, and any other excluded charges. Points cannot be earned on taxes or shipping costs. Points are not earned on orders paid entirely or partially with applied rewards points.
If items are returned, the points earned for those items will be subtracted from your points balance. Except as required by law, if a Member returns product that was partially purchased with coupons, those coupons and any points used for the purchase will not be reissued.
POINT REDEMPTION
Rewards can be redeemed at online checkout with a minimum requirement of 500 points. Once you accumulate 500 or more points, you can use them. Points can provide a maximum discount of 4,000 points ($40) in a single transaction.
Rewards cannot be applied to past purchases, and HHI may set additional exclusions and limitations. Members may be notified of additional eligible and ineligible products at the point of redemption. Points must be redeemed online while logged into your Account; redemption cannot be done over the phone.
EXPIRATION
It's our hope that you redeem your Wellness Rewards points on a regular basis. All unredeemed points will expire after one year (12 consecutive months).
If you have questions about the date of your last activity in the Wellness Rewards Program or your most recent purchase, please visit the My Rewards page in your Account. If you believe your Wellness Rewards points have expired by mistake, contact Customer Service at info@holistichealth.com for help.
Unless prohibited by law, any unused points will automatically be forfeited upon termination of the Program, cancellation of a Member's Account, or revocation of Membership. Points have no cash value and HHI will not compensate or pay cash for any forfeited or unused points.
COMMUNICATIONS
By signing up for the Wellness Rewards Program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from HHI. You will automatically be subscribed to receive Program emails.
Members may withdraw consent and unsubscribe from HHI marketing and promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in that email, by updating your client account profile at www.holisticheal.com, by selecting “unsubscribe” at the bottom of a marketing email, or by contacting Customer Service at info@holistichealth.com.
NO RESALE OF PRODUCTS
Items purchased or obtained through the Program are strictly for the personal use of Members. Reselling any product acquired through the Program, whether through point accumulation or Reward redemption, is prohibited. If a Member is found reselling any product acquired through the Program, HHI reserves the right to take any necessary actions to address the violation, including terminating the Member’s Membership and forfeiting any points accrued.
COMPLIANCE AND WAIVERS
HHI’s failure to enforce strict compliance with any provision of the Wellness Rewards Program Rules should not be interpreted as a waiver of any provision or right, nor will it prevent us from enforcing that provision or right in the future. These Program Rules do not restrict HHI from exercising any legal rights or remedies that it may have.
ERRORS OR INCONSISTENCIES
Despite our best efforts to ensure accuracy, errors occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct these errors at any time even if it affects pending benefits, rewards, or points in your account. In case of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the Program Rules and other statements in related materials or advertising, the terms of the current Wellness Rewards Program Rules will take precedence and govern all matters.
CHANGES, TERMINATION, AND/OR REMOVAL FROM PROGRAM
HHI reserves the right to change or modify the Wellness Rewards Program terms and conditions, guidelines, rules, or eligibility at any time, without prior notice, at its discretion. Any updates will be posted on the Website, and changes will take effect upon posting. The revised terms and conditions will replace previous versions and apply to any future disputes, regardless of when the disputed interactions arose.
HHI reserves the right to exclude individuals from the Program, remove Wellness Rewards points from a Member's account, and/or cancel orders that do not align with its policies, at its reasonable discretion. Specifically, any abuse, manipulation, or "gaming" of the Program or its rules—including, but not limited to, any attempt to fraudulently accrue or redeem points for the Program, use illegitimate channels to do so, or interfere with the points accrual or redemption process—may result in Membership revocation, deduction of points obtained through such activities, cancellation of orders, and impact eligibility for future participation in the Program. This includes multiple redemptions of Birthday Rewards by the same person using different accounts, failure to adhere to Program terms, inactivity for over 12 months, misrepresentation, or any conduct harmful to HHI's interests.
Membership, Points, Accounts, and offers are nontransferable, have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and are not redeemable for cash except as required by law. Accumulated points, offers, and rewards do not belong to the Member and cannot be transferred upon the Member's death, in domestic disputes, or otherwise. The accrual and redemption of points are invalid where prohibited by applicable laws and are subject to change for compliance with such regulations.
In relation to enforcing any of the terms and conditions governing the Program, HHI reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action as deemed necessary, including the recovery of damages, attorneys' fees, and court costs. The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision unless explicitly acknowledged and agreed to in writing by HHI.
ACCOUNT CLOSURE
If you decide to close your Wellness Rewards Program account, you can do so by contacting Customer Service at info@holistichealth.com. By closing your Wellness Rewards Program account, you agree to the following terms:
- You will no longer be able to log into your account, and Customer Service will not be able to access your account to check it.
- You will forfeit all existing Wellness Rewards Program Points, status, and benefits.
- You will no longer earn Wellness Rewards Points on purchases.
Closing your Wellness Rewards Program account will not affect any open orders or returns.
