International Test Shipping Information
Please note, all of the shipping details below only apply to test orders placed outside of the United States. If you've placed an order domestically, please refer to your shipping instructions inside the test kit. Have questions? Please send us a message.
How to preserve your samples
- For all samples, we do not recommend shipping over a weekend.
- We suggest avoiding shipments around holiday weekends/weekdays.
- When shipping refrigerated or frozen samples, we recommend adding extra ice packs to help maintain sample integrity during longer shipment times.
- If you are shipping multiple test kits in one larger package to Doctor's Data, including the Hair Elements Test, we recommend stapling the requisition form for the Hair Elements Test to the outside of the Hair Elements Test envelope containing your sample. Stapling the requisition form to the outside of the envelope allows the small envelope to be more prominent. We have found the Hair Elements Test can get lost when shipped within a larger package.
How to ship your samples
Many shipping couriers now require commercial invoices when shipping test kit samples internationally. Please check with your shipping courier of choice prior to preparing your sample for shipment. You can download commercial invoices for the individual labs listed below.

Where to send your samples
To see if international shipping is already included in the cost of your at-home test kit, please refer to the FAQ section on the page of the test kit you purchased. International shipments can take up to 12 weeks to arrive at the lab if sent with the prepaid envelope. If you would like to ship your sample using a faster, trackable service OR if your test kit does not come with a pre-paid shipping label, the shipping addresses for each lab are provided below.
