How do I earn Reward Points?
Reward points can only be earned when logged in to your account. Members earn Program points for every purchase made on www.holisticheal.com. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent, with points rounded to the nearest whole number. You can earn additional bonus points based on the total of your purchase order.
Additional opportunities to earn points are available, including subscribing to the Holistic Health International newsletter, birthday rewards, writing product reviews, and participating in bonus point promotions. Some exclusions may apply. Please note that points earned or redeemed do not apply to tax or shipping costs.
Is there a reward for registering?
Each Wellness Rewards member earns 400 bonus Reward Points when they register and complete their first order.
Why do the rewards points on a product page appear differently when I'm not logged into my account?
When logged out, each product shows an extra 400 points, reflecting potential rewards for creating an account. The actual points earned depend on the total value of your purchase and may differ from the points displayed.
How do I redeem my reward points?
A minimum of 500 points is required for redemption, and you can redeem a maximum of 4,000 points per purchase. Redemptions can only be completed online at checkout while logged into your account; phone redemptions are not allowed. Additional points are not earned on orders paid entirely or partially with applied rewards points.
What happens if I cancel an order? How will that affect my reward points?
Reward points are earned when you purchase product(s). If an order is cancelled, the points earned for that order will be subtracted from your points balance.
Can I return an item that I have redeemed through the Rewards Shop?
No. Redeemed rewards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. If a product is damaged when it’s received, please contact customer service at info@holistichealth.com so we can help you. Read more information about our Return Policy here.
How do I know how many Rewards Points I have?
Members can view their Wellness Rewards Points in the “My Rewards Points” section after logging into their account. Once logged in, navigate to the top navigation bar to access your account profile, where you can see your current Wellness Rewards Points balance and past activity.
Will my Reward Points expire?
Reward Points that go unredeemed will expire after one year (12 consecutive months). We will send you an email reminder when your Reward Points are close to expiring.
How do I join Wellness Rewards?
The Wellness Rewards Program is a free rewards program offered by Holistic Health International to its customers. Customers are automatically enrolled in the Program upon creating an account on www.holisticheal.com. No minimum purchase is required to join Wellness Rewards.
Who is eligible to participate in the Wellness Rewards program?
Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old and provide valid and accurate personal information when enrolling. Membership is limited to one account per individual. Wholesale or professional accounts are not eligible to participate in the Program. Individuals or entities using the Program for profit are not eligible to join or earn points as Members.
Can I transfer my points?
Guest orders cannot transfer points to a registered account, as points are non-transferable. Health-care practitioners also do not earn Reward Points on orders placed by their patients. Memberships, points, accounts, and offers are non-transferable, have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
