Helpful to get off pharm antidepressants and for those new to sobriety

This helped me get off a pharmaceutical antidepressant that I really had a hard time titrating down. Effexor is a doozy. But this really helped to lessen the side effects and now my brain and mood are (on most days) more clear and improved then when on Effexor. I am very grateful. I also shared this product with a newly sober friend, he found it very helpful in a serious time of need and stability.

What a difference

I have found seromood very helpful in my overall mood especially around my cycle. I have been taking one daily for the past few months and have really noticed a positive change. I am thinking about taking 2x a day around cycle.

What a lifesaver!
