Welcome packet
I ordered the welcome packet and was intrigued by the Nucleotides book. I like to have paper so I can highlight things. But you do not have to order the welcome packet. Dr. Amy has graciously placed all of it on the website so you can read and explore it all over and over again. She has thought of everything you will need to be successful in your health journey and I thank her for that, plus her endless time and energy, genuine caring for all of us that need her so much!!

I've read several of the entries on supplements I'm taking. It seems to have more details about each supp. I'm 4 years into the program and want to know more about how the supplements relate to my labs and body chemistry. I think it will make it easier for me to understand the changes/improvements I'm making. It has an area for notes on each page, too. Thanks, Dr. Amy for a great holiday gift! :)
