Feel Good Supplements: Your Roadmap to Health - GUIDEBOOK is the fourth book in Dr. Amy’s “Feel Good” series. Designed originally (and still available) as a website formatted as a book, this guidebook is the printed version of the free online resource and includes sections for notetaking.

This comprehensive guide reviews the supplements used in The Yasko Protocol and explains the “why” behind supplementation choice.  The book is intended to serve as an interactive guide for you (and your health care professional) in choosing the best supplements to best fit your needs.

The book offers additional insights about how to narrow down a variety of supplement options to the ones that complement your body’s biochemical needs, how to layer in additional supplements over time, and when to consider different forms of the same nutrient.

With a notetaking section on each page, you have space to write down important points and layer in supplements for a plan tailored to you.

AN EXCERPT

… this book is designed to interface with my supplement list. Even if you do NOT want to use the supplements from the source that I use, this list is still a valuable tool for you and your doctor to work from. The supplement list is organized into sections based on Nutrigenomic SNPs as well as by category based on biochemical tests. Looking at the list of supplement suggestions in a given category helps you and your doctor to narrow down potential supplement choices based on either your SNPs, or an imbalance on a biochemical test result. The lists of supplements by category are suggestions you can consider depending on your particular needs. So even glancing at the check list can help you to see what you may be missing in a specific area, and may help to guide you and your doctor in terms of what to consider as the next supplement/herb you may want to add.
