Please do not EVER stop making these vitamins. I have tried so many vitamins and (most likely due to my genetic defects) I have not been able to find a vitamin my body can tolerate. So glad I found this supplement. Less fatigue when I take it, better mood, less brain fog. I only take 1 a day but it is by far the best multi vitamin I've ever taken. My daughter was also suffering from fatigue so I ordered her a bottle. She said her energy level is much improved with it.

Best Multi Ever!!
I have purchased countless multi vitamins over thirty five years. None of which I ever felt any benefit from. I just took one because it was supposed to be good for me.
The All In One is the best multi I've ever had and I felt its benefits immediately. My husband is on it as well and says the same thing. I gave it to my mother who is 79 (and not "into" supplements) and my sister - both "feel better" on it than off. I can see myself taking this supplement for the rest of my life.

This is my favorite multi... i have tried Thorne, Source Natural, Seeking Health, and other food based multis and this is by definitely my favorite of the bunch. I have no anxiety or nausea when taking on an empty stomach and the sam-e and lithium are very nice additions. This has helped with headaches and general well-being. I wish there was no folic acid in the mix, due to potential issues with mthfr; but, its a very low dose and i know Dr. Amy knows much more than i do :-) Thanks for such a quality product!
